In my experience (in India) have found mothers being natural at nurturing the kids and connecting well with them too. And I wont be wrong if I say it is true globally too. Connecting with kids is not an issue with them.

Where as with Dads, I have found them to be caring and eager at taking the responsibilities of parenting but being more reserved, less expressive (better that yester-generation but still) kind of keeps them at distance from the kids. It further amplifies because of the busy and absorbing work life they lead. This platform helps Busy dads connects meaningfully.
